After attening with success a high school for cooks in Italy,Giulio started his work experience in the most famous restaurants in italy,all selected and awarded by the Michelin Guide : "Enoteca Pinchiorri" in Florence,"Balzi Rossi" in Ventimiglia and "La Pergola" c/o Hotel Hilton in Rome.
He followed his career offering his creativity in Italian restaurants in United States and Austria.
His continous research of unique and original dishes prepared with genuine ingredients,together with the love for his profession,give you the possibility to enjoy the finest traditional Italian cuisine in Jakarta and Bali
